Is the Starter plan really free?
Yes. Starter is free with no time limit, for up to 3 customers and 5 invoices, with manual payment tracking, the dashboard and ageing reports.
How is Pro billed?
Pro is ₹1,999 per year, billed once every 12 months. There are no monthly plans.
What does the Email Automation add-on cost?
₹299 per year, billed once every 12 months. It requires Pro and adds automated email reminders, the daily summary email and the reminder log.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel from the billing page; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle and does not renew.
Do payments from my customers go through Credollo?
No. Razorpay payment links pay straight into your own Razorpay account.
Which reminder channels are supported?
Email. Automated reminders are sent by email only.
Does it work with Tally and Zoho Books?
On Pro, you can import from and export to Tally, and sync with Zoho Books for each business.
