• Business and financial records you upload or sync, including invoices, customer details, payment records and bank statements.
• Technical information such as log data, device and browser information, and IP address.
• Payment information processed by our payment providers; we do not store card data.

We use your information to provide and operate the service, send invoice reminders on your behalf, sync with accounting tools you connect, process payments, provide support, keep the service secure, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers who help us run Credollo — such as hosting, email delivery, accounting integrations and payment processing — and only to the extent needed to deliver the service, or where required by law.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure and encrypted in transit. Access is restricted to personnel who need it to operate or support the service, and administrative access is logged.

5. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, tax and audit obligations. You may request deletion of your account data at any time.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable period.

7. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to understand how the service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the application.
