Terms of Service

Last updated August 2026

These terms govern your use of Credollo. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.

1. The service

Credollo provides receivables tracking, reminders, accounting integrations, online collection and reconciliation tools. We may add, change or remove features as the product develops.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must be authorised to act for the business you register.

3. Plans and payment

A free plan is available for up to three customers. The paid plan is billed monthly at the price shown on our website, in advance, and applicable taxes are additional. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of all business and financial data you upload or sync. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate the service for you. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Credollo for unlawful purposes, to send unsolicited or harassing communications, to upload data you have no right to use, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.

6. Third-party services

Integrations with accounting software, banks and payment providers are operated by those third parties and are subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or actions.

7. Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. Credollo is not an accounting, tax or legal advisor, and you remain responsible for your own books and filings.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that create risk for other users, and will give notice where reasonable.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
